Lieutenant Stephen Reynolds

As an Aeronautical Engineering Duty Officer for the United States Navy Reserve, Lieutenant Reynolds was responsible for the management and organization of a P-3C Orion Aircraft Maintenance Squadron consisting of 7 officers and 85 enlisted personnel. He provided direction to staff on policies and procedures; conducted planning boards, maintenance meetings, reviews for officer and enlisted evaluations and budget requirements. In addition, his duties included deployment and contingency support review of individual readiness requirements and training plans.
Sergeant Stephen Reynolds

As an Air Training Command Instructor for the United States Air Force, Sergeant Reynolds was responsible for training military aircrew members on the physiological effects associated with aircraft flight. His subject area expertise included Survival, Psychology of Survival, Emergency First Aid, Aircraft Egress, Aircraft Pressurization and Oxygen Equipment.
